Mat Pilates focuses on your core (trunk) muscles, spinal mobility and selective arm and leg movement. Classes are based on the original exercises of Joseph Pilates and essential to the method. Appropriate for all levels of fitness except those with significant injuries or osteoporosis.

These workouts reflect the way Joe and Clara taught Pilates in their studio. In a small group setting, you will work out independently on your prescribed exercises under the supervision of a teacher. All movement selections are chosen in support of your individual goals. You will gain independence, increased body awareness and a deeper understanding of the work. Old School Workouts are a must for serious practitioners. Pre-approval required.
