Our two studios are equipped with Contrology, Balanced Body and Gratz apparatus. We’ve got it all…*
We teach traditional Pilates so you’ll learn within the entire system, inclusive of mat and apparatus.
All new students are required take private or semi-private classes before joining duets, which are taught to an intermediate to advanced level.
All of our teachers are Comprehensively Certified experienced teachers and practitioners. We are all dedicated to the method and are passionate about sharing it with our community. Join us!
